Mother-of-one, 22, with no health problems dies suddenly while caring for her newborn daughter as her husband, 25, battles in vain to save her

- He stopped on way home to get pizzas but came back to find her collapsed

A first-time mother died suddenly while her husband stopped off on the way home from work to get them pizzas for dinner.
Adam Collins, 25, last spoke to his wife Loren, 22, on his break at work when they decided what to have for dinner.
He stopped off at a local shop in Eastwood, Nottingham, but when he arrived home on March 1 he found her collapsed on the floor.
Paramedics were rushed to the family home, where Mrs Collins was looking after their newborn daughter Lilly-Mae, but they and her husband were unable to save her.

A toxicology report indicated no use of drugs or alcohol, but the family are still waiting to find out the cause of her 'natural' death. She had no pre-existing health problems.
Mr Collins, a telesales executive, said: 'Loren was an amazing person and I knew from the moment I met her that we'd get married and spend our lives together.
'I am living my worst nightmare and although doctors know she died from natural causes we won't know why it happened until at least another six months.
'Loren was selfless, caring and just an all-round lovely person.
'She was over the moon when she fell pregnant with Lilly-Mae as she had been told she'd never be able to have kids as she didn't ovulate properly.

'We told everyone we were having a baby at our wedding on April 20 last year.
'Losing Loren has been a huge shock for everyone, she was a picture of health and we still have no idea why.'
Mr Collins last spoke to his wife at 5.40pm on the day she died.
He said: 'I left work 10 minutes late and I keep replaying that in my mind.
'I have no idea if I would have saved her if I was any earlier but it's impossible not to think like that.
'I tried to call her twice again on my way home after getting the pizzas but she didn't answer.
'I assumed she was changing Lilly-Mae and I had no reason to panic until I walked through the door.
'Loren was face down and her finger tips were blue. I rang 999 while performing CPR, I did my best to stay calm but it was horrific.'

Little Lilly-Mae has been left without a mother at just a few months old |
Mrs Collins was declared dead while at the family home at 7.56pm after paramedics and air ambulance staff tried to revive her for 45 minutes.
Her husband said: 'I can't thank the NHS enough for all of their efforts, it was like we had a mini theatre in our living room they had that much equipment.
'We've not been given an exact cause of death yet but in order to find out what happened to Loren tests were done after she died.
'Her funeral was last Wednesday [March 20] and it was the most perfect day for her, she had a white carriage and everyone attended that wanted to say their goodbyes.'
Mr Collins is now raising his daughter alone with the help both his and wife's family.
He added: 'Lilly-Mae is getting me through the worst time of my life.
'She will never get to know her mum fully but I will make sure her memory lives on forever.'
Friends of the couple have since set up a fundraising page.
